• Information you provide — when you request an audit or demo, we collect your email and any company, website, or message you enter.
• Workspace content — for customers, the brand details, pages, and settings you create in the product.
• Usage data — basic, privacy-friendly analytics about how the site is used (page views), to improve the product.

We use your information to provide and improve Fastlook — responding to audit/demo requests, operating your workspace, and understanding aggregate usage. We do not sell your personal data.

• Vercel — hosting and privacy-friendly web analytics.
• Render — application/API hosting.
• Supabase — database storage.
• FormSubmit — delivering lead-form submissions to our team by email.
• Google Search Console — search performance data, when a customer connects it.

When you connect Google Search Console, Fastlook accesses your Search Console data — search performance metrics (impressions, clicks, queries, positions) for the properties you authorize — solely to display your search analytics and generate optimization recommendations inside your workspace. We request read-only access and only for the sites you explicitly connect.

Fastlook's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Specifically: we do not use Google user data for advertising; we do not sell it; we do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve this feature for you, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition; and we do notallow humans to read it except with your explicit consent, for security or abuse investigations, to comply with law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized. You can revoke Fastlook's access at any time from your Google account permissions.

We keep tracking minimal and use privacy-friendly analytics to measure traffic. We don't use your data for third-party advertising.

We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us via the contact formand we'll respond promptly. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
